A: We currently ship within the UK only.

A: Shipping usually takes 48 hours, but please allow up to 1 week for printing and processing.

A: Contact us immediately and we’ll replace or fix your keycap.
Q5: Do you offer refunds?
A: Due to the custom nature of our keycaps, we do not offer refunds.
