I’m 14 and operate this shop personally. I make every keycap with care, but please note that by purchasing, you accept these terms.
2. Refunds & Returns
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our keycaps, no refunds are available. If a keycap is damaged or faulty, contact us and we’ll replace it.
3. Shipping
Shipping is UK only.
Standard shipping takes 48 hours, but printing and processing may take up to 1 week.
4. Custom Orders
Only the set options on products are available. Fully custom keycaps are not currently offered.
5. Liability
By purchasing, you agree that keycap.shop is not liable for damage or loss caused during shipping, or by misuse of the keycaps.
